Emotion Regulation Skills Group For Trauma
A 15 week virtual group that teaches DBT skills of Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Distress Tolerance and Emotion Regulation with added information on trauma responses and skills drawn from EMDR and other trauma therapies.
