Relationship therapy can help resolve conflict, and increase connection and intimacy. Our couples therapists provide both in-person therapy in Vancouver and virtually.

Our relationship therapists work together with  help you create a roadmap for your relationship and break free of relational patterns that remain stuck. We are happy to work with couples of all ages, sexual orientations, cultural background and religion.

Family Therapy for Youth and Adults

We offer family therapy for parents with teenagers to work through challenges with mental health as well as their relational connection.  We offer family therapy both in-person in Vancouver and virtually. 

Our family therapists are experienced working with teens and and their parents in creating new paths forward and building a collaborative relationship together.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a powerful mode of therapy that enables you to learn valuable tools and strategies to navigate emotional and relational dynamics while  also connecting and finding support from others facing similar challenges.

Trauma-Informed DBT: 
Emotion Regulation Skills Group For Trauma

 

A 20 week virtual group that teaches DBT skills of Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Distress Tolerance and Emotion Regulation with added information on trauma responses and skills drawn from EMDR and other trauma therapies.
