Meet Our Vancouver Trauma Therapy Team

Jamie has a keen interest in working alongside people with complex trauma, and those wanting to make meaning and discover purpose in their life.  He approaches therapy with an existential therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, EMDR, and a DBT-Informed lens. 

Suvi is passionate in accompanying people as they do the hard work of being human and whole. She is trained in EMDR and ACT and works with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief and self-care and burnout.

Mila is a trained trauma therapist who works with people who have experienced anxiety, OCD, depression, life changes and trauma including: Queer folx, young adults, and immigrants. She uses evidence-based therapies including: DBT, CBT and EMDR.

Cara has been working with adults, youth and parents  who have exprienced complex trauma, emotion regulation, depression, anxiety, eating disorders and OCD  for the last 10 years.  She uses CBT, DBT, EMDR,  and client-centred care.

April specializes in journeying with people who have experienced trauma and challenges with their emotions and utilizes evidence-based approaches including: DBT, AEDP and EMDR.
