Join us for a powerful and transformative experience that blends essential DBT skills—including Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Distress Tolerance, and Emotion Regulation—with added insights into trauma responses.
This unique offering also incorporates practical tools from EMDR and other evidence-based trauma therapies, providing a well-rounded approach to emotional wellness and healing.
Whether you're new to DBT or looking to deepen your skills, this space is designed to support growth, resilience, and self-compassion.

We will be meeting virtually, on Wednesday evenings from 5:30pm-7pm (PST).
There are four 5 week modules. Each module costs $400/5 weeks ($80/Session) for a total cost of $1600
This will be facilitated by Katy Vinson (RCC RCAT) and April Griffin (MSW RSW RCC)
This group is open to people in BC. If you are outside of BC please inquire directly.
This group is eligible for funding through First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) and has a few sliding scale spots available.
